Citadel is one of my most detailed paintings and I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product turned out. Originally my concept was that of looking down into a well, but my paintings never turn out the way I visualize them, they always seem to take on a life of their own. I ordered this sample on March 2, and it arrived on March 9, so it took 7 days from print to delivery. But I really like the detail that the Manufacturer captured, as well as the choice of colored interior. It came in a protective styrofoam cube that kept the mug safe and secure, and if not for the 7 days delivery time I would have given it 5 Stars, too bad I don't drink coffee. LOL
